By accessing and using AutoCartify's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

- All users of AutoCartify's website and services
- All automation services provided across ecommerce platforms
- Any consultation, support, or related services
- All communications and interactions with our team
2. Service Description
AutoCartify provides ecommerce automation services for various platforms including but not limited to:
Amazon
FBA & FBM automation
Shopify
Store management automation
Walmart
Marketplace automation
TikTok Shop
Social commerce automation
Etsy
Handmade & vintage automation
More Platforms
Custom integrations
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of AutoCartify services, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for all account registrations and service requests.
Maintain Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Comply with Laws
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies when using our services.
No Misuse
You must not misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any fraudulent activities.
4. Payment & Billing
- 💰Custom Pricing: All services are quoted on a per-project basis after consultation
- 📅Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement
- 🔄Recurring Billing: Monthly services are billed automatically unless cancelled
- ❌Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Setup fees are non-refundable after work has commenced
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice
- No refunds for services already rendered
6. Limitation of Liability
AutoCartify is not liable for:
- Actions or decisions made by third-party platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control
- Platform policy changes or account suspensions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
